Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the text, screens, demo screens and demo answers, sample data, free form files and images (the "site materials") that Woojung Software Co., Ltd. (the "Company") publishes on staff.ai.kr. The industry MES member service (app.staff.ai.kr) follows the terms shown in that service.

2. Rights

The copyright and other rights in the site materials belong to the Company. Materials from other sources, such as public agency notices, follow the terms of their source (for example the Korea Open Government License type), and the source is shown on screen.

3. What you may do

• Download a free form and adapt it for your own work or your company's work
• Open the demo screens and try them yourself
• Link to or briefly quote the site, with credit (Woojung Software and the page address)
• Let search services and AI answer services read pages, following robots.txt, to show them in search results or answers

4. What you may not do

Without the Company's prior permission (e-mail is fine), you may not:

• Collect site materials automatically with programs or bots (except as in the fourth item of section 3)
• Copy all or a substantial part of the site materials and republish, distribute or sell them on another site, app or collection
• Use site materials to train or fine-tune AI models
• Call demo screens or demo answers automatically and repeatedly in a way that burdens the service

5. Asking for permission

If you need a use covered by section 4, e-mail contact@staff.ai.kr with where and how you want to use the materials.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the effective date and what changed will be shown at the top of this page.
